Do note we will refuse any projects that involve the complete use of Generative AI for public release. Our use case is to help assist in the final product, created by humans.

adverse conditions
FEE
A 5% sucharge is added to film in adverse conditions that are not an immediate threat to safety. We will refuse to film in conditions that we deem lethal and dangerous to persons and property. Conditions include: 250AQI≤, Active Combat Zone, DMZ, Natural Disasters.

TRANSPORT
If a client cancels within 24 hours of flight purchase, all incurred airfare costs are non-refundable and passed to the client. This may include checked bag fees, cancel fees, and return tickets.

UAV
Any permits and fees requiring the opeartion of an unmanned aerial vehicle such as a DJI Drone may require up to $7000 USD for operations within Vietnam, China, or other locations within Asia. The United States FAA regulations differ but fees and permits may incur similair costs.

If we are filming or photographing an event with over 10 people, a 10% charge is added to the sum exempting the deposit from that calculation.
